I have not actually tried a self-powered USB device to see if USB itself works even though power output is off. Dec 1, 2020 · Our initial reports from customers indicate that even with the release of the latest updates from Dell applied there are still some cases where USB-C devices may not work as expected. Make sure you're using a port that actually supports PowerShare. One of them has now stopped charging. Now, the left 2 ports only work for charging, nothing else (lsusb shows nothing plugged in). 2. Yesterday my XPS 13 was working fine, but after i left it to sleep and wake up.
